This podcast was made for you, my dear entrepreneur

I’m THRILLED to share that my new podcast, One Simple Shift is now live. It’s a show that cuts through the noise and brings you one simple, actionable mindset shift to completely transform the way you show up daily so you can create a beautiful, balanced life and successful, thriving business.

When I started this podcast it was like I had finally found my jam.

Don’t get me wrong. It was certainly uncomfortable at first. I recorded my intro and outro in my linen closet because I was told I’d get the best sound there (I did) and squirreled myself away to our Airbnb to record my first episode because there was construction going on upstairs.

More than the logistical issues, there were mindset struggles I needed to overcome too. Talking into a microphone in an empty room didn’t exactly come easily to me. It felt strange to just spew my thoughts and stories, talking to no one in particular.

But as I’ve been having more guests on the show, something clicked.

One of my favorite parts of being an entrepreneur is connecting with like-minded women pursuing their goals and their dreams—making an income and and impact at the same time.

I would love to sit down with a cup of coffee and hear about the beautiful life and thriving business each and every one of you is creating. And in a way, this podcast has allowed me to do exactly that.

Because these conversations are the real deal. So many entrepreneurs struggle with what they know they SHOULD be doing to create more of the results they want in life and business—more money, freedom, and fulfillment—but there are so many mindset blocks that hold them back from committing to those goals and working toward those results.

Which is why I truly believe mindset is the foundation for getting everything we want in life and business.

I created this podcast to be a much-needed resource for creatives and entrepreneurs, and I’d love for you to join me on this journey.
