I think back to when I first got the idea to pivot to coaching and while it’s so easy to connect the dots in hindsight, that doesn’t mean that it felt easy at the time. So while much of the industry talks about pivoting your business as if it happens overnight, I’m here to share a decidedly different story. I’m talking about what pivoting my business REALLY looked like, the decisions involved, the challenges along the way, and how ultimately it served me better than I ever could have imagined.
