I saw someone post these exact words in a Facebook group the other day and I had a kind of full-body, HELL YES, reaction to it.
In a way that even surprised ME.
Because if you had told me two years ago Iâd be exactly where I am nowâŠ

Well, I would have thought you were off your rocker.
Because I have literally created the life and biz of my dreams and it just keeps getting better.
Complete with a business that lights me up and I find wildly fulfilling.
Clients that I absolutely ADORE and are getting incredible results.
And the most money the coaching business has ever made. EVER. (Toot! Toot!)
But it wasnât always that way. In fact, Iâll be honest when I say that Iâve worked really damn hard to get to this point, and while every day hasnât been rainbows and butterflies, it has been 1000% worth it.
But the biggest shift that lead to those consistent sales (that I wish someone would have just straight up told me a long time ago)?
Creating a marketing plan that I felt good about and doing the mindset work to show up for it.
Again.
And again.
And again.
Even when I wasnât sure it was actually working.
Even when I didnât feel like it.
Even when my brain was telling me all the reasons that I shouldnât (like that I didnât have enough followers, that my industry was oversaturated, that no one was paying attention, that it wasnât working, and the list goes on).

I created a consistent marketing plan
If you canât tell me your marketing plan in a sentence or two, then itâs probably more complicated than it needs to be.
I see way too many clients coming to me with allllll the plans for how theyâre going to market their offerings.
The problem?
Theyâre not showing up consistently for ANY of them.
Itâs a newsletter post here or there.
An Instagram caption that may or may not mention what they do.
A Pinterest ad that theyâre not actually sure got them any leads.
Not to mention, when youâre trying THAT many things to make your business work, itâs almost impossible to tell what is ACTUALLY working.
Where did that lead come from anyway? What made them want to learn more?
Because if youâre not privy to that info, let me tell you, itâs almost impossible to recreate it.
Which means that youâre even further from a consistent marketing plan than you may have thought.
Thatâs why creating a consistent marketing plan that is specific to you and YOUR business is one of the first things I tackle with my peeps in my Consistent Clients intensive.

When I got really freakinâ clear on where and how I was showing up to market my business, everything shifted for me.

I no longer felt compelled to click on Facebook ads that were marketing me a different way to do biz.

I did the mindset work to stick to it
Once you have a consistent marketing plan, itâs your job to do the mindset work you need to take action on it consistently.
That might sound obvious, but youâd be surprised (or maybe you wouldnât be because youâve been there!) by how many people create a plan only to lose faith in it after a week and stop doing the damn thing.
And believe me, Iâve been there too.
But the same way you wouldn't buy a gym membership and expect to see results without ever stepping foot in the gym, you canât craft a marketing plan and expect to see results without ever taking action on it.
Which means creating a mindset plan for how youâre going to commit to it, another thing I help my clients with in my Consistent Clients intensive.
For me that looked like telling myself the mantra, âShowing up more ALWAYS equals more results.â
That was what got me through the scary in-between (between when I started showing up and started seeing results!). Well that, and a whole lot of the RIGHT support.
