239 The mindset to create a business bestie pod that feels supportive and fun with Hanna Fleace, Michelle Streeter, and Amanda Joyce Weber

About this episode

Today, I have the absolute pleasure of introducing you to two women near and dear to my heart. The three of us first met when our business coach went on maternity leave – and if we’re being entirely honest, we had no idea what to expect.

But there we were, paired up for added accountability and support, and what followed was absolute magic. Our little Voxer chat evolved into more fun, friendship, laughter, and random conversations about life and business that have added SO much joy to our lives.

So we’re giving you a peak behind the curtain and filling you in on what we’ve learned on our journey. You’ll walk away from this episode with the mindset to create your own business bestie pod in a way that feels supportive and fun – and laugh with us along the way.

P.S. Don’t miss out on our rapid-fire questions BONUS EPISODE!!

Show notes

In this episode of the One Simple Shift Podcast, I chat with my guests Hannah Fleace (@storytelling.for.coaches) and Michelle Streeter (@thrivf) about how you can:

  • Create an accountability pod of your own – for a safe space that feels fun and supportive to everyone involved

  • Allow yourself to be vulnerable with your business bestie pod, plus how SO much magic lies on the other side of this

  • Have the space to process what’s coming up for you and how it serves you and your business in an entirely different – but still incredible – way than coaching

  • Drop the feeling that you need to be perfect or have the perfect business and actually feel supported (because trust us, it’s so worth it!)

  • Gain a different perspective on those cute thoughts your brain is telling you – plus how it might be just what you need to hear to land your next client

  • PLUS how our pod got its name – let’s just say you might not want to listen to this one with the kiddos in the car 🤣

Make moves + get paid coaching call

I have been LOVING my MAKE MOVES + GET PAID coaching calls, which is why I decided to bring them back!  I know I can truly support you in the mindset shifts and actions that are going to make the biggest difference in your bottom line.

The truth is, business does not have to feel hard. But it means cultivating the right mindset to take more of the right sales actions so you can see even bigger results.

I know when you are so close to your own business it can be hard to see what to shift and how to move forward in a way that is going to show up in your bottom line.

That’s why in this free 30-minute call, you and I will uncover one sales mindset exercise and sales action that is going to make the biggest difference in your results.

Not only that, but if you send me evidence of doing the mindset exercise and taking the sales action within one week of the call, I will send you a $15 Starbucks gift card to celebrate you in that!

I know that it can be so difficult to move yourself into that place of action when it feels like nothing is working, a lot of stories are creeping up, and business feels really hard right now.

That’s okay, but I know that it doesn’t have to be that way – and I‘m here to help you shift it. You definitely won’t want to miss out on this opportunity to shift your mindset, your results, and your overall ability to grow your business from that place.
